With roots in hands-on electronics and systems integration, Mitch has evolved into a driving force behind mission-critical operations and technical training across North America. As the Technical Training Manager at Schneider Electric, he sets the strategic direction for advanced support training, ensuring teams are equipped to deliver exceptional service in energy management and industrial automation.

Beyond his corporate role, Mitch has been a catalyst for workforce development, co-leading initiatives that secured over $24 million in grant funding to build curriculum for high-stakes infrastructure systems. His work spans academia, industry, and nonprofit leadership, including his current role as a board member of the Mission Critical Global Alliance.

A self-described tech junkie and sci-fi enthusiast, Mitch is deeply interested in the intersection of Human-Computer Interaction and Assistive Technology, always exploring how emerging tools like AI and cybernetics can enhance how we live, learn, and work.
